Overview
Michelle is a family lawyer who joined Biddulph & Salenger in 2024. In each of her matters, Michelle applies a high attention to detail, common sense, and sensitivity to the individual circumstances of her clients.
Michelle’s Family Law practice includes parenting and financial matters, representing clients in matters that involve negotiation, mediation or litigation.
Parenting matters in which Michelle acts may include issues such as school enrolment, children spending time with grandparents, parents with children from other relationships, and within circumstances of significant parental conflict, family violence, mental health, or child safety concerns.
Financial matters Michelle deals with include self-managed superannuation funds, inheritances, and investment properties.
Alongside her family law work, Michelle also practices in wills and estates.
Originally from the South Coast of NSW, Michelle draws on her varied work background – which includes zookeeping, retail, and politics – to relate to clients from all walks of life.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, walking, photography, volunteering in various organisations, and spending time with her family and friends.
